1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Customers can request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To initiate a cancellation:

  • Log in to your Revonada account and locate the order you wish to cancel.
  • Click on “Request Cancellation” and provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed.

Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Automatic Order Cancellation

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues, payment verification failures, or incorrect customer information may be automatically canceled by Revonada.
  • Customers will be notified via email immediately if an order is canceled automatically.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds for successfully canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday) of cancellation confirmation.
