Return & Refund Policy Highlights

1. Window & Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging/accessories.
(Note: Items marked "Non-returnable" for hygiene/safety on the product page are excluded).

2. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

• Defective/Damaged/Incorrect: We pay the return shipping. You receive a full refund or replacement.
• Customer Remorse: You pay the return shipping.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

3. How to Return
Email info@revonada.com with your order number. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions. Please ship the item back to our UK facility using the carrier provided in our instructions.

4. Refund Process
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Late Refunds: If you haven't received it after 10 days, please contact your bank first, then us.
